Regarding blame Background I have been working as a research officer at NHRC since 2015 AD. I have been working in the various research projects of this organization. Similarly, currently I am involved in the clinical trial registry from its initial stage. I am the responsible person for the establishment of the trial registry at NHRC under the instruction and supervision of research head and executive chairman. After conducting a series of meeting with sub-committee of Nepal clinical trial registry, the design was taken to hire a vendor to develop a NPCTR platform on the basis of guidelines sent by Karam Ghassan of WHO/ICTRP. Personally, I never knew about Mr. Girish Jha before Executive chairman of NHRC (Prof. Dr. Anjani Kumar Jha) and Bijaya Jha sir introduced him and instructed me to talk with him and sent the necessary documents related to the clinical trial registry.
