Every day some of my friend from Nepal and abroad asking me about the Bangladesh and nature of Bangladeshi people. What can I say to them. This is the most hardest question. I am researcher so, in my circle most of the Bangladeshi friends are from the same background. They are from CSF Global, University of South Asia, icddr,b and BRAC. I don't know about the other people. But my experiences is most peculiar. I planned to do the systematic review on smoking with in my research funded grant. I hired the two researcher from icddr,b for protocol writing, training and publication. After the series of meeting and finalised the title, I give the consent to them for registration of title in PROSPERO. Nobody in this world will be alive forever. But two bengali people shows their behavior like they are life longer. They never shows their loyalty and respectness to colleagues and friends. They have ego for nothing, which I can't describe in the word. They changed their color like the chameleon. This is the daily routine for myself from last 3 months. I am mentally and physically ill and sick from their dictatorship. In the same time, perpetrators are available everywhere. My colleagues has more than bitter experiences she is harassing everyday from her landlord. Till date CSF is not taking action against him. Landlord showed the gratitude to her by saying like the daughter and knocking the door, calling in late night, messaging her with sexual exploited words. This is the peak stage of humiliation in Bangladesh.  How can we tolerate here? We need a peace, safe, secure and friendly working environment. Please god give me the power to struggle here.

Dear researcher, This is the voice of most offended Nepali researcher in Bangladesh. They are showing the inhumane behavior, shouting and treating me as the competitor (most corrupted person like them). They never have any ethics on talking and behaving foreign people. They are mentally fit for playing with the feeling of foreign people. From my hard work from last 8 months, I was taking the money from a donor for helping the slum dwellers, but they are hijacking all the money and putting in their pocket. I don't know their schooling, how they learned about corruption and behaving foreign people in their organization and country. Lesson learned: Falling down from upstairs and breaking the leg (Thinking about corruption and misbehaving for foreign people in the bed rest time) or Daughter falling down from the cycle and breaking the hand, leave her for treatment and never stopped backbiting).
